How to lose weight fast


As 'How to lose weight' is the third most searched term on google which proves that people nowdays are quite conscious about their body shape and size .There are a lot of weight loss plans out there on internet with guaranteeing weight loss in a short period of time but their consequences in the long run may not be beneficial.




Though losing weight sounds great and fascinating but believe me it's not that easy.While seeing a difference in your body shape early may motivate and inspire you to continue those plans but in order to continue them you require iron will power and tons of self control.
So, if you don't want to include dieting and many more stuffs like that in your everyday schedule then follow these smart way. 

Have a balanced diet

If you really want to succeed you have to organize yourself and by organizing I mean having a proper balanced diet.You will likely have to modify what you eat and how much you eat.

Going by the stats, one pound of fat is nearly equal to 3,700 calories and in order to loose a pound in a week, you'd have to reduce the intake of substances rich in fats and reduce the calorie intake by around 700 calories a day.This means that you have to replace your calorie rich foods (including fried foods) with nutrient rich vegetables and other low calorie stuffs.You can have your french fries but not every day, you have to set a limit for yourself Yay!!

Avoid Sugary and Starchy Foods

Eating sugary foods might be satisfying on the moment, but their heavy intake may lead you to trouble in future. Starchy foods also  increase the secretion of insulin from our pancreas.For those who did'nt knew earlier insulin is the main fat storage hormone in our body. Many foods high in added sugar are also higher in calories which may not allow you to achieve your goal.

It is not uncommon to lose up to 10 pounds (sometimes more) in the first week of eating this way, both body fat and water weight.
 This means that you will have to limit your candies and chocolate intake.

Say hello to veggies and other nutrient rich foods and say goodbye to fried and sugary foods. Each one of your meals should include protein source. Follow a regular and planned diet which focuses on proteins along with fibers.

The main source of proteins are :-
  •    Meat - Beef, chicken, pork, lamb, bacon, etc.
  •    Fish and Seafood - Salmon, trout, shrimps, lobsters, etc.
  •    Eggs - Omega-3 enriched or pastured eggs are best.
  •    Vegetables - peas ,soyabean or kidney beans are some of the best sources for vegetarians

    Start Exercising a bit DAILY

As all of us know that there are many benefits of waking up early and exercising as it is the ultimate way to burn calories faster. So start exercising by thinking positive about your body and don't worry what other people say or think about you, just enroll yourself in a gym and the weight loss will happen from there.

If it is not possible for you to go to gym daily then start jogging in a nearby park in the early hours to avail maximum benefits.Jogging in nature 's arms will not only freshen your mind but will also improve your metabolism.
